摘  要:以氯化镁和氢氧化钠为原料合成了棒状氢氧化镁粉体。考察了氢氧化钠浓度、陈化温度、陈化时间对氢氧化镁形貌的影响。采用SEM、HRTEM、XRD、TG等对所得氢氧化镁颗粒的形貌、颗粒大小、晶习及热稳定性进行了表征。结果表明,当陈化温度为90℃时,所得棒状氢氧化镁随氢氧化钠浓度的升高及陈化时间的增加,晶形更加完整;当陈化温度在120℃时,所得氢氧化镁颗粒的形貌为片状,不能得到棒状氢氧化镁。Magnesium hydroxide rods were synthesized using MgCl2 and NaOH as the raw materials. The influences of the concentration of NaOH, the aging time and the aging temperature on the morphology modification of Mg(OH)2 were investigated. The obtained magnesium hydroxide (MH) particles were characterized in terms of morphology, particle size and crystal habit by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), thermal stability by thermogravimetric analyses(TG). The results show that when the aging temperature is 90 ℃, the obtained magnesium hydroxide rods are better crystalline with the increase of the concentration of NaOH and aging time; when the aging temperature is 120 ℃, the morphology of the obtained magnesium hydroxide is mainly lamellar and the rod-like magnesium hydroxide particles could not be obtained.
