摘 要:0引言 热电材料是利用热电效应实现电能和热能相互转化的功能材料.在废热发电和无氟制冷等方面有广泛的应用前景。其中氧化物热电材料是近年来备受关注的热电材料体系之一.与占主导地位的合金热电材料相比,其具有耐高温、抗氧化、使用寿命长、制备方便以及可在恶劣条件下使用等优点.在热电发电领域有较大的应用潜力。LaCoO3 powder was prepared by a polyacrylamide gel method, and then composed with Ag by liquid phase method. LaCoO3/xAg(x=0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.20) composite ceramics were sintered by a traditional pressureless sintering technique after being shaped through cold isostatic pressing. Effects of Ag addition on thermoelectric properties of LaCoO3 ceramics were investigated at room temperature. The results indicate that Ag particles are dispersed in the LaCoO3 matrix as the second phase, the electrical conductivity(σ) and thermal conductivity(K) of the composites are larger than those of LaCoO3, and increase with Ag content. Meanwhile, Seebeck coefficient(S) of the composites increases firstly and then decreases with increasing in Ag content. Since the enhancement of σ is more significant, the values of power factor and ZT are improved by the addition of Ag.
