淋水试验在检验建筑外窗(墙)渗漏中的应用研究

摘　　要：针对近年来建筑外窗(墙)渗漏问题,基于国家标准,通过试验研究设计了建筑外窗(墙)淋水试验系统,并详细介绍了其工艺流程及试验方法。最后结合实际工程,对其试验效果、费用及可行性进行研究分析,得出该系统可以检验外窗(墙)的渗漏情况,有助于将质量隐患消除于施工过程中。Against the building exterior windows/wall leakage problems, based on the national standard, exterior window/wall water pouring testing system is researched and designed, and detailed testing process and method is introduced. Finally, based on the project practice, the testing effect, expense and possibility is researched and analyzed ,showing that the system can check the exterior window/wall leakage situation, which can eliminate the quality hazards in the construction.
