复方樟柳碱联合针刺治疗视神经萎缩临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方樟柳碱联合针刺睛明、球后和风池穴治疗视神经萎缩的疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究方法,将视神经萎缩患者60例(105眼)随机分为治疗组30例(52眼)、对照组30例(53眼)。治疗组采用复方樟柳碱注射液患侧颞浅动脉旁皮下注射联合针刺睛明、球后和风池穴,对照组单用复方樟柳碱注射液患侧颞浅动脉旁皮下注射,14天为1疗程,共2疗程。结果:治疗组有效率(86.67%)明显高于对照组有效率(63.33%);治疗组治疗后视力、中心视野、P-VEP(P100潜时)均有好转且有非常显著统计学意义,而对照组仅中心视野改善有显著意义。结论:复方樟柳碱注射液联合针刺睛明、球后和风池穴比单用复方樟柳碱注射液能更明显改善视神经萎缩患者的视功能。AIM ：To observe the curative efect of the compound anisodine injection combined acupuncture therapy on optic atrophy. METHODS ：Sixty cases （105 eyes）were divided into two groups randomly ：52eyes of 30cases were in treatment group and 53eyes of 30 cases in control group. In treatment group, the compound anisodine injection was injected subcutaneously around super- ficial temporal artery of the patients, combining the acupuncturetherapy. The eyes in control group were given anisodine injection. All eyes in two groups were treated once a day and the course was for 2 weeks. Visual acuity ,visual and P - VEP field of two groups were examined and compared to evaluate the effects. RESULTS：The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 86. 67 % and 63.33 %. respectively. The result showed that curative effect of treatment group was betterthan that of controI group （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： With good effect ,the treatment of compound anisodine injection combined acupuncture therapy is a good method for optic atrophy.
