摘  要:测定了西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院葡萄资源标本圃的29个葡萄品种不同光照强度(PAR)下的净光合速率(Pn)值。利用二次项回归与弱光(≤200μmol.m-2.s-1)下的直线回归法分析光响应曲线,计算出光饱和点和光补偿点等相关生理参数。结果表明:(1)在酿酒葡萄品种中,阿丽娜、8805等9个品种的LCP(光补尝点)较低,琼瑶浆、白玉霓等3个品种的LCP处于中等水平,先索、小白玫瑰、法国兰的LCP较高;8805、爱热那等7个品种的LSP(光饱和点)较低,赛美容,法国兰等4个品种的LSP处于中等水平,北醇、白毕歌布尔、先索、小白玫瑰的LSP较高。(2)在鲜食葡萄品种中,井川1014、红瑞宝等7个品种的LCP较低,粉红玫瑰,早白珍珠等6个品种的LCP处于中等水平,白鸡心的LCP较高。红瑞宝的LSP较低,早金香、富岛等10个品种的LSP处于中等水平,粉红玫瑰,早白珍珠等3个品种的LSP较高。Twenty nine varieties of vitis were studied on Pn at different PAR in Vineyards of College of Enology, Northwest A&F University. Linear regression which regress weak light (≤200gmol·m-2·s-1), and quadratic regression were used to analyze light response curve. Then physiological parameters were educed, such as LCP, LSP etc. Some results obtained were as follows. (1) In wine grapevine culti- vars, 9 varieties including Angelina, 8805 had low LCP. The LCP of 3 varieties including Ugni Blanc, Gewurztraminer, are in average level. And Cinsault, Muscat Blanc, Blue French were among the highest. 7 varieties, including Iona, 8805, had low LSP. The light saturation points of 4 varieties, including Semilion,Blue French, were in average level. Beichun, Baibigebuer, Cinsault, Muscat Blanc were among the highest. (2)In table grapevine cultivars, 7 varieties including Jingchuan1014, Beni Zuibo, had low LCP. The LCP of 6 varieties including Muscat Rose, Early Pearl were in average level. was among the highest. Beni Zuibo had low LSP. The LSP of 10 varieties including Zaojinxiang, Fudao were in average level. 3 varieties such as Muscat Rose, Early Pearl, were among the highest.
