摘  要:目的:探讨颅脑损伤病人急性期中枢神经系统内花生四烯酸的代谢变化及钙通道阻滞剂对花生四烯酸类物质代谢的影响并观察其临床疗效。方法:颅脑损伤病人47例,随机分为常规治疗组及尼莫地平治疗组,放射免疫法测定病人脑脊液TXB2、6-K-PGF1α的动态变化,依据Jennet治疗结果分类法进行疗效评定。结果:TXB2、6-K-PGF1α的含量在伤后1天即显著升高,并分别于3天和5天达到高峰。尼莫地平能显著降低脑外伤后TXB2的水平,维持较正常的TXB2与6-K-PGF1α的比值。结论:尼莫地平对颅脑损伤病人有明显的保护作用。Aim: To detect the alteration of TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1α level of CSF. after head trauma and evaluate the therapeutic effect by Nimodipine administration in head trauma. Methods: TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1α concentration can be detected by radio-immunal assay. Forty-seven cases of severe head trauma are divided into Nimodipine administration group and rortine treatment group. Clinical results are evaluated by Jennet method. Results: TXB2 and 6-k-PGF1α concentrations in CSF. rise significantly in the first day and reach peaks in the third and the fifth day after headtrauma. Differention of arachidonic acid concentration is tested by t and t’assays according to match and unmatch. Conclution: Prognosis of severe head trauma patients will be improved with Nimodipine administration.[
