摘　　要：本文在查阅文献和家庭保健员培养实践的基础上,提出了家庭保健员的理论基础和概念,总结了家庭保健员这种非医务人员参与健康管理的模式在我国的发展过程、运作方式和经验,分析了当前计划实施过程中可能遇到的问题,并对未来家庭保健员计划在社区或基层卫生服务中的发展进行了展望,以此作为更好地开展非医务人员参与基层卫生防治工作的借鉴。In this paper, on the basis of literature review and training of family health keeper, we put forth theoretical basis and concept, summarize its development process, operational modalities and experience; and analyze the problems may be encountered during the current implementation of the scheme. And we also look to the future of family health keeper scheme and development of primary health service centers.
