摘 要:目的 研究能否用尿沉渣代替尿道拭子检测沙眼衣原体 (Ct)。方法 分别用Wellcozymechlamydia法和PCR法对 35 2例男性无症状的性病高危人群首段尿沉渣进行Ct检测 ,两法经尿沉渣、尿道拭子配对研究。结果 以尿道拭子Ct培养为金标准 ,两种方法的敏感性和特异性分别为 5 0 98% (P <0 0 5 )和 10 0 % (P >0 0 5 ) ,98 0 4% (P >0 0 5 )和 96 6 8% (P >0 0 5 )。结论 对Ct的检测 ,用Wellcozymechlamydia法时 ,不宜用尿沉渣代替尿道拭子作标本 ;而用PCR法时 ,可用尿沉渣代替尿道拭子作标本。Objective To study whether Chlamydia trachomatis (Ct) can be detected in urine specimens. Methods The first void urine sediments from 352 asymptomatic males of STD high risk population were measured by Wellcozyme chlamydia and PCR. Results Using the urethral swab culture as gold standard, the sensitivity and specificity of Wellcozyme chlamydia were 50 98% (P<0 05) and 100% (P>0 05), and those of PCR were 98 04% (P>0 05) and 96 68% (P>0 05), respectively. Conclusion It is suggested that urine sediments can not be used as the specimens for the detection of Ct by Wellcozyme chlamydia, and urine sediments can be used if Ct is detected by PCR.
