摘　　要：目的:对比国产和进口头孢哌酮的药物动力学,为临床选药提供依据.方法:以非那西丁为内标,以HPLC法研究国产和进口头孢哌酮的药物动力学;以琼脂平板稀释法考察其体外抑菌活性;观察临床疗效和不良反应.结果:两组的药学参数、MIC值及有效率均无统计学差异.结论:国产和进口头孢哌酮的药物动力学及药效学相似.AIM:To compare the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of China-made (Taiyuan)and imported (Pfizer)cefoperazone(CPZ). METHODS :Clinical effects,antibacterial activity in vitro and pharmacokinetics in human body were investigated. RESULTS:For pulmonary infections, the effective rate of China-made CPZ was 80% while imported CPZ was 85%. The difference was not significant statistically. There was no significant difference between these two CPZ in terms of MIC for 182 strains of 7 kinds of bacteria (except staphy-lococcus epidermidis). The drug-phase curves were almost in a same pattern. There was no significant difference in the data of pharmacokinetics. CONCLUSION : No significant difference is found between China-made and imported CPZs in clinical effects,antibacterial activity in vitro or pharmacokinetics.
