摘 要:夏高粱对锌、锰的吸收情况为:苗期较慢,拔节至齐穗阶段达高峰,此时亦是干物质增加最快的时期,齐穗以后吸收逐渐减慢。田间试验结果表明,施用锌、锰肥可使夏高粱籽粒产量比对照分别增加8.3%和6.0%。施用锌、锰肥能促进植株对锌、锰的吸收和提高植株体内的锌、锰含量,增加每穗粒数和千粒重。盆栽试验显示,在不同土壤上,夏高粱对锌、锰肥的反应差异较大,这主要取决于土壤中锌、锰的有效性。The field and pot experiments were conducted to study the effect of Zn and Mn on thegrowth and yield of summer sorghum.The results indicated that the absorption of Zn andMn coincided with the accumulation of dry matter being slow at early stage and increasingrapidly until a peak reached at the jointing stage.After earing stage the absorption of Zn andMn was gradually reduced.The results from the field experiment showed that the applicationof Zn and Mn increased the yield of sorghum crop over the check plot by 8.3% and 6.0%respectively.The application of Zn and Mn increased the absorption of Zn and Mn bysorghum crop with the result of a higher Zn and Mn content of the plant tissue,higher grainnumber per ear and greater seed weight.The pot experiment results showed that there weredifferent responses to the application of Zn and Mn among different soils with the clayey soilbeing the most responsive one.It was suggested that the highly calcareous clayey soil has ahigh fixing power for Zn and Mn and consequently a lower availability of Zn and Mn in thesoil.
