孕期合并乙型肝炎病毒感染对孕妇和新生儿的影响

摘　　要：目的了解孕期合并乙型肝炎病毒感染对孕妇和新生儿的影响。方法对2006～2008年216名正常孕妇(对照组)、75名慢性无症状乙型肝炎病毒携带者(AsC组)以及49名慢性乙型肝炎肝功能异常的孕妇(慢性乙肝组)进行回顾性分析。结果各组妊娠并发症的发生率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中以慢性乙肝组的发生率最高,AsC组次之,对照组最低。各组新生儿的胎龄、体重和1MinApger评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较结果显示,新生儿胎龄慢性乙肝组和AsC组、对照组的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);胎儿体重对照组和AsC组、慢性乙肝组的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);新生儿的1MinApger评分各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期合并乙型肝炎病毒易发生妊娠并发症,同时也影响新生儿的胎龄、体重和1minApger评分,应加强对该组孕妇的监护,防止并发症的发生,保证新生儿的健康。Objective To investigate the inpact of hepatitis B virus infection during pregnancy on the health of lyingwomen and the nreboms. Methods The data of 216 normal pregnant women （control group）,75 chronic asymptomatic hepatitis B virus carriers （AsC group） and 49 chronic hepatitis B with abnormal liver function pregnant women （chronic hepatitis B group） were retrospectively analyzed. Results There was statistical significant difference in incidence of pregnancy comphcations among groups （P〈0.05）. The incidence in chronic hepatitis B group was the highest,followed by AsC group ,and the control group. There was statistical significance in age,weight and Apger score（lmin） of newborn among groups （P〈0.05）. The multiple comparison showed there was statistical significance between the chronic hepatitis B group and the AsC group,control group in age of the newborns （P〈0.05）,between the control group and the AsC group,chronic hepatitis B group in weight of the newborns （P〈0.05）,among groups in Apger score （1Min） of newborn （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Complications during pregnancy easily occurred to those with hepatitis B virus infection and it may affect the age, weight and Apger score（ 1 min ） of the newborns. The work of monioring of lying-in women be strenthened to prevent the pregnant complications and protect ,the health of the newborns.
