摘　　要：P2P技术的发展给网络用户带来了极大的便利,但基于这一网络传播模式使用作品也引发了许多网络版权问题。本文分析了由P2P文件共享服务模式所引发的知识产权问题,并从技术角度提出了相应的管理模型。P2P technology has brought a great convenience to the users, but using works based on this mode of network transmission also leads to a number of network copyright problems. This paper analyzes the intellectual property issues caused by the p2p sharing service model, and puts forward corresponding management model from the technical point.
