摘　　要：公共图书馆是从事信息资源组织与服务的专业机构,也是公众获取信息的重要窗口,应该依法履行《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》所赋予的社会责任。对海量政府信息进行科学的组织和整合是图书馆的核心业务能力。合作共享是图书馆人的职业信仰和核心价值。在政府信息整合服务方面,公共图书馆应该采取共建共享的策略,通过专业化管理提供社会化服务。Public library is not only a professional institution of information resources organization and services, but also an important window of the public obtaining information. It should carry out its social responsibility conferred by ＂Regulations on Open Government Information of the People＇s Republic of China＂. It is the library＇s core business capacity to organize and integrate the massive government information. Resource sharing is the library＇s professional belief and core values. On the government information integration, public libraries should develop a co-construction and sharing strategy and provide social services through the professional management.
