摘 要:目的建立蔬菜中8种有机磷农药残留量毛细管气相色谱检测方法。方法样品经搅拌成匀浆后,利用乙腈直接萃取,浓缩干燥后丙酮定容,再通过Rtx-1毛细管柱,FPD气相色谱定性和定量。结果8种有机磷农药分离效果好,保留时间为3.411~11.634min,定量分析呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.99,在豆角、西红柿中的3个添加浓度水平回收率为80.0%~95.0%,RSD为2.1%~10.6%;在Rtx-1毛细管柱上最小检测浓度为0.01~0.03mg/kg,符合卫生标准要求。结论该方法样品处理简单,准确度和精密度好,成本低,适合蔬菜中多种有机磷农药残留检测。[ Objective ] To establish the a method for simultaneous determination of 8 oganophosphorus pesticides residues in vegeta- bles by capillary gas chromatography[ Methods] The sample was stirred into homogenate and extracted by acetonitrile. After concentrate drying,the residues were dissolved to constant volume with acetone, and injected into gas chromatography with Rtx-1 capillary column and GC FPD for qualification and quantification. [ Results ] The 8 kinds organic phosphorus pesticide were well separated. The retention time was 3.411 - 11. 634 rain. Good linear relationship was obtained by quantitative analysis. All correlation coefficients were more than 0. 99. The recovery rates of 3 levels in beans and tomatoes were 80. 0% - 95. 0% , RSD was 2.1% - 10.6%. The minimum detection concentration was 0.01 - 0.03 mg/kg which met the health standards. [ Conclusion] This method is simple, with good accuracy, precision and low cost, which is suitable for determination of multi-residues of organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables.
