摘　　要：目的研究影响狼疮肾炎进展的危险因素。方法回顾性分析58例狠疮性肾炎的病史、生化检查以及影像学资料。结果存在药物过敏和手术外伤史的狼疮性肾炎发生率分别为25.9%和22.4%,高血压组肾功能损害比无高血压者严重(P<0.01)。结论存在药敏和手术外伤史的肾病患者应警惕狼疮肾炎的可能性;高血压可加重狼疮肾炎损伤,应积极防控。[ Objective] To study the risk factors affecting the progression of lupus nephritis. [ Methods] A total of 58 lupus nephritis patients＇case information including history, biochemistry analysis and imagery checking up were analyzed. [ Results ] The incidence of lupus nphritis in patients with the history of drug allergy and surgical trauma was 25.9% and 22.4%, respectively. The hyperten- sion group＇s renal function were more seriously damaged than the non-hypertension group （ P 〈 0.01）. [ Conclusion] Nephropathy patients with the history of drug allergy and surgical trauma should kept alert on lupus nephritis. Hypertension can aggravate lupus nephritis injury, which should be actively controlled.
