摘 要:报告了一种简单制备不依赖于基底结构的柔性YBCO/聚丙烯腈(PAN)厚膜的新方法.研究结果发现,PAN含量从0增加到10wt%的过程中,全部YBCO/PAN样品的超导临界温度Tc在90.0—92.0K区间,表现出较好的超导电性.而且当PAN含量为10wt%时,YBCO/PAN杂化膜即具有一定柔性,膜厚约35μm,临界电流密度Jc=2.9×104Acm-2(1T,10K)和Jc=4.6×103Acm-2(1T,40K).未经高温制备的该YBCO/PAN杂化膜有望在弱电领域得到应用.A new and simple method of preparing the flexible YBCO/Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) thick film which is not dependent on substrate structure is reported. It is found that, when the PAN content increases from zero to 10wt%, the superconducting critical temperature (Tc) of all the YBCO/PAN specimens lies in the 90.0--92.0 K interval, and the specimens show good superconductivity. Moreover, when the PAN content is up to 10wt%, the YBCO/PAN hybridized film shows a certain degree of flexibility. The thickness of the film is about 35μm, and the critical current density ( Jc ) of the film is 2.9 ×10^4Acm^-2 at ( 1 T, 10 K) and 4.6 ×10^3Acm^-2 at (1 T, 40 K). The YBCO/PAN hybridized film, prepared without being treated at high temperature, is hopeful for application in electronics field.
