涂阳肺结核病人密切接触者筛查现状及影响筛查因素的研究

摘　　要：目的了解涂阳肺结核病人密切接触者筛查现状,并探讨影响筛查率的主要因素。方法对310例涂阳肺结核病人及其869名密切接触者进行了问卷调查。结果密切接触者筛查率为45.3%,平均每例涂阳患者密切接触者为2.8人,密切接触者筛查率影响因素为是否有症状和是否了解肺结核传染性。结论提高密切接触者筛查率应从加强密切接触者健康教育入手。Objective To explore the present conditions and main influencing factors of the close contacts investigation. Methods A questionnaire was used to interview 310 smear positive tuberculosis patients and 869 close contacts of these patients. Results Screening rate of close contacts was 45.3%, and averagely number of contacts investigated per index smear positive case is 2.8. The influencing factors for screening rate are symptom and awareness of infectious nature of pulmonary tuberculosis. Conclusions Health education for close contacts is very important in order to improve screening rate of close contacts.
