不同钙量对低钙膳食大鼠心肌损伤保护的研究

摘　　要：目的：研究膳食中钙因素与心肌损伤的关系。方法：用７０只Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠，按体重和性别均匀分层分为低钙膳食组（ＬＣＧｒｏｕｐ含钙３００ｍｇ／ｋｇ）、补碳酸钙组（补钙３００、６００、１０００、２０００、４０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ），常规饲料组（Ｓｔｏｃｋｇｒｏｕｐ，含钙７８００ｍｇ／ｋｇ）等７组。饲养５６天。结果：低钙膳食大鼠血清Ｃａ水平仅及常规饲料组一半，体重增长迟缓，血清ＧＯＴ，ＣＫ－ＭＢ活性均高于常规饲料组，ＬＤＨ，ＨＢＤＨ活性均低于常规饲料组，同时心肌和血清过氧化脂质水平明显高于常规饲料组，ＳＯＤ水平低于常规饲料组，均有显著差异。补钙后血Ｃａ水平随补Ｃａ量逐渐升高，呈明显的量效关系。血清酶活性明显改善，均趋向ｓｔｏｃｋ组。补Ｃａ各组可使过氧化脂质水平下降；ＳＯＤ活性升高。综合分析，补Ｃａ６００ｍｇ／ｋｇ以上组与ＬＣ组比有显著差异。The study of effect of calcium(Ca) supplement on myocardial injury was studied in rats with low Ca diet.Wistar rats selected by weight and sex were divided into 7 groups randomly.Low calcium diet group (LC) was given diet with Ca 300mg/kg,five supplement groups were supplied Ca 300,600,1 000,2 000,4 000mg/kg respectively and control one had a stock diet with 7 800mg/kg of calcium.Samples of serum and myocardium were selected by the end of 56 days.Results showed serum Ca in LC was half of control group.GOT,CK MB activities in serum and myocardium and LPO level in serum were significantly higher whereas LDH,HBDH levels and SOD activities were lower in LC than control group.When LC diet was supplemented certain amount of Ca in different groups,all above indices were obviously improved and there was a significant dose response relationship between Ca intake and Ca level in serum.When amount of Ca supplement was up to 600mg/kg or more,Ca level in serum was close to normal.Therefore,it was believed that Ca supplementation in LC might play an important role for myocardial injury in rats.
