干预性措施对已婚育龄妇女节育效果的影响

摘　　要：为了解已婚育龄妇女节育效果的影响因素及干预措施的作用。对上海市闵行区七宝乡和青岛市张戈庄乡的已婚育龄妇女进行干预前后节育效果的调查。结果提示，经过干预，上海和青岛已婚育龄妇女的人工流产率下降，多种避孕方法的终止率也下降。说明干预措施对提高节育效果是有效的。Objective: To determine the effect of intervention on contraceptive efficacy.Methods: The study has three phases: (1) The baseline survey was conducted from Aug. to Dec., 1991.(2) The intervention program, which includes strengthening education and introducing new contraceptive, was introduced from Jan. to Feb., 1992. (3) From Feb. to March, 1994, the second survey was carried out.Results: Main results are very successful. The rate of induced abortion decreased after intervention. The rate of contraceptive discontinuation after intervention is lower than that before intervention.Conclusion: The intervention program is very effective.
