流行性出血热心阻抗图Z_0值的临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨心阻抗图基础阻抗值Zo值对流行性出血热的临床作用,我们对住院治疗的100例患者进行Z_0值的观察.结果显示:自发热期Z_0值开始下降,少尿期最低,多尿期开始回升,恢复期逐渐正常.作者认为Z_0值检测对人体安全、简单、无痛苦、速度快,可作为流行性出血热常规检查的方法.In orders to search for ICG zo value in epidemic hemorrhagic fever of clinical yole, the ar-tical reported 100 cases with EHF by ICG Zo value,The results suggesred that the first hot stage Zo value began lower, seantyufia stage lowetst, Pohyuree stage began to rist, recover stage gradually normal, Besides its high diagnostic accuracy rate, the ICGZo value is safe, simple and painless to patients and can provede prompt diagnosis. Therefore it is considered to be the best tech-nigue for toudine diagnostic checdup of epidemic hemorrhagic fever.
