摘 要:对设计知识的合理组织和重用是提高大型复杂产品方案设计效率的有效保障。通过基元对设计知识进行了描述,研究了基元可拓集并给出了知识重用的基元可拓重用集的概念,建立了基于基元的知识可拓重用度计算模型,给出了一种知识可拓重用优选算法和知识可拓重用搜索匹配算法。最后,以大型水轮机选型方案设计为例验证了该模型以及相应算法的有效性和可操作性。Reasonably organization and reuse of the design knowledge enhance effectively the design efficiency for the concept design of the complex product. The design knowledge was described by terms of the basic element, the basic element extension set was studied, and a concept of basic element extension set of the knowledge reuse was introduced. A model calculating the degree of extension reuse was built based on the basic element. Optimization as well as searching and matching algorithms for the knowledge extension reuse were proposed. The feasibility and effectiveness of the suggested model were illustrated by an example of the concept design of a large-scale hydraulic turbine.
