免疫斑点法检测NADH-细胞色素b5还原酶活性

摘　　要：在硝酸纤维素膜上点有抗细胞色素ｂ５还原酶（ｂ５Ｒ）单克隆抗体，以捕捉红细胞裂解液中的ｂ５还原酶，然后用还原型辅酶Ⅰ－二氯酚靛酚－噻唑蓝底物缓冲液进行活性染色。遗传性高铁血红蛋白血症５个不同家系患者（５例）ｂ５还原酶活性检测结果均为阴性，正常对照为强阳性。本法是一种简便。The level of some cytokines in eighty six patients suffering from allergic rhinitis with aspergillus fumigatus were observed.The results showed that the activities of serum IL 2,IL 6 and BCGFs were increased in those patients,the differences of IL 2,IL 6 and BCGFs between the group of patients and controls were statistically significant( P <0 05).The differences of CD 4/CD 8 radio between two groups were also significant.Thus it suggest that T lymphocytes,their secreting cytokines and B lymphocyte differentiation have regulatory effects on the production of IgE.
