Tei指数评价尿毒症患者左心功能的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨Tei指数评价尿毒症患者左心功能的应用价值。方法对40例尿毒症患者和30例(作为正常对照组)行左心结构和功能检测,并测量左心Tei指数。结果左心结构指标尿毒症患者大于正常对照组;收缩功能指标两组无显著差异;舒张功能指标二尖瓣血流峰速(MVA)、左室等容舒张时间(IRT),尿毒症患者组较正常对照组增大,E/A较正常对照组减小;左心Tei指数尿毒症患者组较正常对照组增大。结论Tei指数能够简便、有效、综合地评价尿毒症患者左心功能。Objective To investigate the applied value of total ejection isovolume （Tei） index in estimating left ventricular function in patients with uremia. Methods The left ventricular structure and function of 40 patients with uremia and 30 normal persons were measured, their left ventricular Tei index were calculated. Results Left ventricular structure parameters of patients with uremia were all bigger than those of normal control group. There was no distinct difference in systolic function parameters of the two groups. Diastolic function parameters including（MVA） at mitral orifice, and isovolumic relaxation time（IRT） in patients with uremia were bigger than that of normal control group. E/A in patients with uremia were smaller than in normal control group. Left ventricular Tel index in patients with uremia was bigger than that of normal control group. Conclusion The assessment of left ventricular total function by Tei index is simply, effectively and synthetically in patients with uremia.
