摘 要:目的优化医疗服务,预防医疗纠纷。方法查阅文献显示医疗纠纷发生的主要原因是护患沟通欠缺和不足。进而分析影响护患沟通的因素:①沟通环境;②护理人员的专业素质、沟通技能、护患沟通技巧;③患者及家属的文化背景和社会经历等。并针对影响护患沟通的因素提出防范策略,以优化医疗服务。结果我科近1年实施防范策略,加强护患沟通,优化医疗服务,医疗纠纷的发生率明显降低。结论提高护患沟通质量,优化医疗服务,能有效预防医疗纠纷的发生。Objective To optimize medical service to prevent medical dispute. Methods According to documents, the main reason of medical dispute was the unsuitable nurse-patient communication. The factors including: the communication surroundings, the quality and special knowledge and skill communication of nurse, the education background and the social experience of patients. The factors which influenced the communication between nurse and patient were analyzed, and the measures to prevent tactics were put forward. Results The medical dispute was reduced obviously in our department by carrying out prevention tactics and enhancing nurse-patient communication in the past one year. Conclusion To improve the quality of the nurse-patient communication and to optimize medical service was an effective way to prevent the medical dispute.
