摘　　要：目的分析医院感染病例报告中存在的问题,制订控制医院感染管理的对策,提高医院感染管理水平。方法对1 025例医院感染病例的报告情况进行调查核对,对漏报、迟报及误报病例的相关资料进行统计分析。结果医院感染病例报告质量需要提高,影响因素主要是认识不足、重视程度不够,诊断标准掌握不准确,医院感染管理措施落实不够,同时客观条件的限制也影响了医院感染病例报告。结论医院应加强医院感染管理组织和制度建设,实施目标管理,加强医院感染管理专职人员及临床医师医院感染相关知识的学习,强化意识,全面系统监控,专职人员履行指导及监督职责,提高医院感染病例报告及时性、准确性。Objective To investigate the question which existed in the nosocomial infection case-reporting, and enhance the nosocomial infection management level. Methods 1 025 cases of nosocomial infection report were explored,the data were statistically analyzed. Results The nosocomial infection case-reporting quality needed to be enhanced. The influencing factors were insufficient understanding, insufficient attention, inaccurate diagnosis standard, insufficient management measure, simultaneously detachment condition＇ s limit affected the nosocomial infection case-reporting. Conclusion The nosocomial infection management organization and the system construction should be strengthened in hospital, the learn of nosocomial infection related knowledge should also be strengthened. The timeliness and accuracy of nosocomial infection case-reporting should be enhanced.
