大黄蟅虫丸对老年糖尿病早期肾病TXB_2和6-Keto-PGF_(1α)的影响  

Effect of Dahuang Zhechong Wan on TXB 2 and 6-keto-PGF 12 in the early stage of senile diabetic renopathy

摘　　要：在控制血糖基础上，观察大黄虫丸（ＤＺＰ）对老年糖尿病早期肾病期者尿白蛋白排泄率（ＵＡＥＲ）、血小板最大聚集率（ＭＡＲ）、血浆血栓素β２和６－酮－前列腺素－Ｆ１α（６－Ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α）的影响，并与控制血糖组相对照。结果表明，治疗组和对照组用药前各指标比较无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。两组治疗后，空腹血糖（ＦＰＧ）和ＵＡＥＲ水平均明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．００１），治疗组的差值明显大于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。对照组用药前后ＭＡＲ无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５），治疗组治疗后ＭＡＲ明显降低（Ｐ＜０．００１），治疗组的差值明显大于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。两组治疗后，６－Ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α均明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），两组间差值无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）；ＴＸＢ２／６－Ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α比值均降低（Ｐ＜０．０１～０．００１），治疗组的差值大于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；治疗组治疗后ＴＸＢ２水平低于治疗前（Ｐ＜０．００１），其差值大于对照组。提示：大黄虫丸治疗老年人糖尿病早期肾病期有明显的效果。The UAER,maximum platelet aggregation(MAR),plasmaTXB 2 and 6-Keto-PGF 1α were assayed in the patients with early-stage diabetic nephropathy(DN),among them 20 persons were treated with diamicron or insulin(control group) and 21 persons with Daihuang Zhechong Pill(DZP,DZP control).It was found that the level of FPG,UAER and TXB 2/6-Keto-PGF 1α ratio was lower in the DZP's and the control's after treating compared to that before treating( P <0.01￣0.001),the changes were more obvious in the DZP's than those in the control's ( P <0.05～0.001).The content of 6-Keto-PGF 1α was higher in the two group and the level of TXB 2and MAR was lower in the DZP's after treating than those before treating( P <0.01￣0.001),the changes of MAR and TXB 2 were more significant than those in the control's.It was suggested that the one of mechanism of DZP's treating early-stage DN effective was related to it's inhibiting platelet activation and regulating the balance between TXA 2-PGI 2.
