摘　　要：目的探讨高龄初产妇围生期的心理特征,及时给予护理干预,使其在最佳的状态下分娩。方法观察平煤集团总医院产科收治的58例高龄初产妇的心理特征和心理需求情况,给予护理干预,并对58例患者的护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果58例高龄初产妇均治愈出院,母子健康。其中顺产11例,剖宫产47例(子痫前期12例,子宫肌瘤10例,胎盘早剥2例,前置胎盘6例,臀位7例,巨大胎儿10例)无死亡病例发生。结论掌握高龄初产妇围生期的心理特征,进行有效的护理干预,对于消除高龄初产妇的负面情绪和降低围生期高龄初产妇的并发症以及产后的抑郁起到了良好的效果。Objective To explore the perinatal psychological characteristics of elderly primipara and relevant nursing intervention in hope for the best deliver. Methods The psychological characteristics and needs and the nursing intervention of 58 cases elderly primipara in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results All 58 cases elderly primipara were cured. Both the maternal and neonatal were health. Among 58 eases, 11 cases were vaginal delivery ,47 cases cesarean（ 12 cases of preeclampsia, 10 cases of uterine myoma, 12 cases of placental abruption ,6 cases of placenta previa,7 cases of breech presentation, 10 cases of fetal macrosomia）. No deaths oecurred. Conclusion The timely nursing intervention based on mastering perinatal psychological characteristics can effectively reduce the negative mood, perinatal complications and postpartum depression of elderly primipara.
