附片煎液对家兔膈肌功能的影响

摘　　要：以膈肌自发放电积分及膈肌肌电图为实验指标，观察附片煎液对家兔膈肌功能的影响。结果表明，①附片煎液能使正常家兔膈肌放电积分曲线峰值、积分曲线的斜率增加；提高正常膈肌肌电的高、低频比值及中心频率；②复制膈肌疲劳后，腹腔注射附片煎液２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ有治疗作用；The effect of Fu-Pi Jian Ye on their normal fuction and the diaphragmatic fatigue was observed with the measuring of diaphragm spontaneous discharge,and the analysis of the power spectrum of diaphragmatic elecmyogram(EMGdi) at spontaous breathing.The peak and slop were recorded.The results were as follows:(1) After administration of 200mg/kg of Fu-Pi Jian Ye,the peak,slop,central frequency,and the high/low frequency ratio were markadly increased.(2)Injection Fu-Pi Jian Ye in 200mg/kg after fatigue could enhance the recovery of the diaphragmatic fatigue.(3)The effects of Fu-Pi Jian Ye are caused by excited diaphragmatic beta-adrenergic receptors.
