摘 要:以乌鳢为研究对象,采用3×3双因子试验设计,在3个蛋白质水平(39.12%、43.57%和47.58%)的饲料中分别添加0、12mg/kg和24mg/kg维生素B6配制9种饲料,探讨不同蛋白质水平的饲料中添加维生素B6对乌鳢蛋白质代谢的影响。结果表明:(1)饲料蛋白质水平极显著影响胃、肠道和肝胰脏蛋白酶比活力(P<0.01),在同一维生素B6水平下,随蛋白质水平的升高,各器官蛋白酶比活力显著提高。维生素B6极显著影响胃和肝胰脏蛋白酶比活力(P<0.05),但对肠道蛋白酶比活力无显著影响(P>0.05),饲料蛋白质和维生素B6的交互作用对各组织蛋白酶比活力无显著影响(P>0.05)。(2)饲料蛋白水平极显著影响肝胰脏和肌肉中乳酸脱氢酶的活力(P<0.01),显著影响肝胰脏和肌肉中谷丙转氨酶的活力(P<0.05),在同一维生素B6水平下,随蛋白质水平的提高,各器官乳酸脱氢酶和谷丙转氨酶的活力都显著提高(P<0.01)。维生素B6极显著影响肝胰脏和肌肉中谷丙转氨酶的活力和肌肉中乳酸脱氢酶的活力(P<0.01),显著影响肝胰脏乳酸脱氢酶的活力(P<0.05)。饲料蛋白质和维生素B6的交互作用对各器官乳酸脱氢酶和谷丙转氨酶的活力没有显著影响(P>0.05)。在本试验条件下,高蛋白质饲料中适当添加维生素B6可促进乌鳢蛋白质代谢。An experiment with a 3x3 factoral design was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of dietary vitamin B6 (0,12 mg/kg and 24 mg/kg)and protein (39.12 % ,43.57 % and 47.58 %) on protien metabolism of snakehead.Resuhs indicated that: (1)protease specific activity in stomach,intestine and hepatopancreas were positively correlated to dietary protein at the same vitamin B6 level.Dietary vitamin B6 level significantly (P 〈 0.01 )influenced protease specific activity in stomach and hepatopancreas while didn't significantly(P 〉 0.05 )affect that in intestine.The interaction of dietary protein level and vitamin B6 level had no significant effects on protease specific activity in tissue (P 〉 0.05 ). (2) Lactate-dehydrogenase ( LDH ) activity and glutamate -pyruvate transaminase (GPT) activity in hepatopancreas and muscle were increased with the increasing dietary protein at the same vitamin B6 level (P 〈 0.01 ).Dietary vitamin B6 sig- nificantly(P 〈 0.01 )influenced LDH activity in muscle and hepatopancreas and GPT activity in muscle as well significant- ly(P 〈 0.05)influenced LDH activity in hepatopancreas.Interaction of protein level and vitamin B6 showed no significant effect LDH and GPT in determined organs.In the current experiment,high dietary protein with adequate vitamin B6 supplementation could impove protein metabolism of snakehead.
