摘　　要：目的探讨Cx43在桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺上皮细胞中的表达,探索其在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的发病机制、转归及预后中所起的作用。方法采用二步法免疫组织化学技术(S-P法)测定甲状腺腺瘤旁正常甲状腺组织16例(对照组)和桥本甲状腺炎30例(HT组)甲状腺上皮细胞中Cx43的分布及表达情况。结果①对照组和HT组甲状腺上皮细胞均有Cx43的表达,两者既定位于甲状腺上皮细胞的细胞质中,又定位于细胞膜上。②对照组和HT组甲状腺上皮细胞Cx43表达阳性率分别为75.00%(12/16)、33.33%(10/30),Cx43在HT组的表达强度均明显低于对照组(Z=2.703,P<0.007)。结论Cx43可在人甲状腺上皮细胞中表达;Cx43在AITD的表达强度存在异质性,这种缝隙连接蛋白表达的异质性可能与AITD的发生、发展及预后有关。Objective To investigate the expression of Cx43 in Hashimoto disease and the role of the connexin in the development and turnover of autoimmune thyroid diseases. Methods S-P immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression and the distribution of Cx43 in 16 cases with normal thyroid tissues of thyroid adenoma and 30 cases with Hashimoto’s,thyroditis（HT）. Results ① Cx43 expressed in the thyroid epithelial cells in control and HT group,and the connexin protein was localized in the cytoplasm and the plasma membrane at the points of neighboring cell contact. ② The posi-rive rates of Cx43 in thyroid epithelial cells from control and HT group were 75.00% （12/16） and 33.33% （10/30） respectively and the expression levels of Cx43 in HT was significantly lower than those of normal thyroid tissue（Z = 2. 703 ,P 〈0. 007 ）. Conclusion There is Cx43 expression in the human thyroid epithelial cells, and there are heterogenieity in levels of Cx43 expression in autoimmune thyroid diseases. The different expressions may play an important role in the development and turnover of autoimmune thyroid diseases.
