经体表高频超声在肛周脓肿和肛瘘诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:回顾分析经体表高频超声诊断肛周脓肿和肛瘘的价值。方法:应用6～14MHz高频探头,对89例肛周脓肿和(或)肛瘘患者在肛门周围进行超声检查并与手术结果对比分析。结果:本组中,经体表高频超声对肛周脓肿诊断的灵敏度94.3%,特异度100%,阳性预测值100%,对肛瘘诊断的灵敏度85.4%,特异度95.1%,阳性预测值95.3%。结论:经体表高频超声能方便、直接、无痛苦、较为准确地诊断肛周脓肿和肛瘘。Purpose：To discuss the value of surface high- frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of perianal abscess and anal fistula. Methods ： Eighty - nine cases of perianal abscess and anal fistula patients were enrolled in the study. High - frequency probe （6 - 14 MHz） was used for the ultrasonography exam of them. Comparative analysis was done between the features of the ultrasonography and the surgical re- suits. Results： The sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value of the diagnosis of perianal ab- scess and anal fistula by high - frequency ultrasound were 94.3%, 100% , 100%, and 85.4%, 95.1%, 95.3%, respectively. Conclusion： High - frequency ultrasound can diagnosis of perianal abscess and anal fistula more accurately.
