摘　　要：中国医学科学院阜外心血管病医院自1995年开展血液保护以来,手术量逐年上升,输血量逐年下降。1997年与1994年相比,心血管手术增加了651例,而输血量减少866200ml,平均每例用血量减少50％(528ml)。1997年不输血心血管手术达642例。其主要措施是:首先转变旧的输血观念,制定安全的输血指征,积极开展“血液麻醉”和血液稀释——自身输血法,同时不断提高麻醉技术,改进手术方法,认真做好止血工作,使心血管手术的血液保护走上了少出血、少输血甚至不输血的“安全——效益”型轨道。In the Fu Wai Cardiovascular Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, the use of blood-protective measures in cardiovascular surgery since 1995 has significantly raised work efficiency and benefits : a yearly increase of 651 cardiovascular operative cases, a yearly decrease of 866, 200 ml in blood transfusion amount or a 50%decrease(528ml)per case,in a comparison between 1997 and 1994;cardiovascular operative cases without need of blood transfusion amounting to as many as 642cases in 1997; Less blood loss, less or no need for blood transfusion,and at the same time,higher safety rate.
