摘　　要：本文借鉴国际劳工局劳动力市场指标体系,结合中国劳动力市场的现实状况,对劳动力市场监测指标体系进行了全面的构建。提出了对中国劳动力市场进行监测与评价的方法,并利用此方法对中国劳动力市场现状进行了分析。指出劳动力市场监测指标体系的研究,应建立在翔实可靠的资料基础之上,因而必须完善劳动力调查体系,改革现有指标及调查方式,以满足信息、咨询和监督的需要。This paper develops a monitor index system of Chinese labor market on the basis of current situations by making reference to the index system of labor market from ILO （International Labor Office）. It provides methods to monitor and evaluate Chinese labor market and makes an analysis of labor market by these methods. Furthermore, it indicates the research of monitor index system of labor market should be based on the detailed and reliable data, which makes it necessary to improve labor investigation system, update existing indices and reform investigation methods to meet the demand of information, consultation amd supervision.
