摘　　要：近年来留守儿童的身心健康以及人身安全问题较为突出,其中性侵害作为影响较大的恶性事件频频发生,对留守儿童的人生发展带来严重影响。为了彻底打击性侵害犯罪行为、保护留守儿童权益,必须加强学校、家庭、社会之间的相互协作,建立集教育、宣传、防范为一体的监护体系。In these years,the mental and physical health and sercurity problems of left-behind children are becoming distinet,safety problems have affected them seriously, such as sex abuse cases.To protect left-behind children rights and promote their development,surveillance systems must reinforce the cooperation among school,family and society, built the surveillance system which intergrated education, advocation and protection.
