摘　　要：目的:通过对样本地区农村中医药资源配置状况的研究,分析存在的问题和原因,为改善农村中医药服务提供依据。方法:采取典型抽样和随机抽样相结合的方法,选取样本地区和调查对象,通过调查表收集相关数据资料,并辅以个人深入访谈。结果:农村地区中医药事业发展不均衡,中医药人员数量不足、结构不合理、业务素质不高,中医药资源的配置比重低,中医服务特色不明显。Objectives：Through the research of status quo of allocation of TCM resources in rural areas,offering the basis for improving the TCM service in rural areas.Methods：Choose the sample areas by typical sampling and township hospitals by random sampling, a questionnaire and in-depth interview were used.Results：The problems of the TCM resources in rural areas inculed imbalance of development and irrational allocation of TCM resources,the shortage and irrational structure of the TCM peronnel.
