摘　　要：20世纪中叶以来,临床心理学家的处方权问题引起了美国学术界的极大关注,成为了一个热点问题。对于这场处方权运动从战争对社会产生的巨大影响、精神药物学的飞速发展、现代社会健康服务模式的变化以及卫生保健行业处方权的发展等4个方面进行了知识社会学意义上的分析。The issue concerns prescription privileges for psychologists has been paid close attention to by the American academia ever since the middle of the 20th century, and it has long been such a hot spot.The article give a deep analysis from the viewpoint of the sociology of knowledge in terms of the aspects as following：the great influence which the war brought into the society, the rapid development of the psychopharmacology, the changes in the model of health service in modem social,the development of prescription privileges in the health care system.
