摘  要:在常温静水条件下,以1月龄的扁吻鱼幼鱼为实验对象,进行高锰酸钾、硫酸铜、甲醛、敌百虫、溴氯海因、聚维酮碘、氯化钠7种药物的急性毒性试验,计算出半致死浓度和安全浓度。结果表明,扁吻鱼幼鱼对这7种药物的敏感性:敌百虫>硫酸铜>高锰酸钾>溴氯海因>甲醛>聚维酮碘>氯化钠,安全浓度(特伦堡公式)分别为0.043 mg/L,0.376 mg/L,0.436 mg/L,1.64 mg/L,14.2 mg/L,18.8 mg/L和3 480 mg/L。The acute toxicity of 7 kinds of chemicals to one-month-old fish of Aspiorhynchus laticeps (Day) was tested in still water under normal temperature. Five test concentration groups and one contrast group were set for each chemical, 10 fish individuals were put in every group. The survival rate of young fish under different concentrations and different time, semilethal concentrations and safe concentrations were calculated. The results indicate that the sensitivity of juvenile fish of A. laticeps (Day) to the 7 kinds of chemicals was in an order of trichlorphon 〉 copper sulfate 〉 potassium permanganate 〉 bromochlorodimethylhydantoin 〉 methanal 〉 povidone Iodine sodium chloride. The safe concentrations calculated with Turubell formula were 0. 043 mg/L, 0. 376 mg/L, 0. 436 mg/L, 1.64 mg/L, 14.2mg/L, 18.8 mg/L and 3 480 mg/L respectively. During the disease control procedure of juvenile fish of A. laticeps (Day) , Bromochlorodimethylhydantoin, methanal and povidone Iodine were safe relatively. Copper sulfate, potassium permanganate and sodium chloride were somewhat dangerous and should be used carefully. Trichlorphon was very dangerous and should not be used.
