摘 要:通过设计开发四个化纤仿毛织物,并且经过染整工序坯布检验、预缩、预定形、碱减量、水洗、染色、热水洗、冷水洗、热定形、成品,其中研究了主要工序预缩、预定形、碱减量、染色工序对仿毛织物蓬松度的影响以及和成品蓬松度进行对比,结果发现,坯布的蓬松度比较大,经过染整工序后,织物的蓬松度减小,其中预定形、碱减量、染色对仿毛织物的蓬松度的影响比较大。Four different wool-like fabrics are developed and subjected to such precedures as gray inspection,preshrinking, presetting, alkali deweighting, washing, dyeing, hot water washing,cool water washing,heat-settingand end product inspection. The influence of the main precedures, on bulkiness of the wool-like fabrics i.e.,preshrinking, presetting, alkali deweighting and dyeing, and a comparative study of the four kinds of wool-like fabricare conducted in respect of the bulkiness. It is found that the bulkiness of the grey fabrics is better than that of thedyed fabrics, and the chief factors affecting the bulkiness are presetting, alkali deweighting and dyeing.
