摘  要:以双氧水氧化二氧化硫脲制备三氧化硫脲,用壳聚糖和三氧化硫脲合成了一种壳聚糖胍盐酸盐衍生物,应用红外光谱和X射线衍射确认了衍生物的结构,对合成的壳聚糖胍盐酸盐衍生物进行抗菌性能测试,通过元素分析研究了不同胍取代度下壳聚糖胍盐酸盐衍生物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌和绿脓杆菌的最低抑菌浓度,抗菌活性的研究结果表明所合成的壳聚糖胍盐酸盐聚合物具有较强的而且广谱的抗菌性能。Thiourea trioxide was synthesized by oxidation from thiourea dioxide with H O Chitosan guanidinehydrochloride derivative had been synthesized by the guanidineylation reaction of chitosan with thiourea trioxide.The structures of chitosan guanidine hydrochloride were characterized by FT-IR and XRD. The antimicrobialactivities of the chitosan guanidine hydrochloride were measured by means of the minimal inhibition concentration(MIC). The substitution degrees of guanidinylated chitosan were confirmed by elemental analysis. In vitroantimicrobial activity of guanidinylated chitosans with different substitution degrees were evaluated againststaphylococcus aureus, bacillus subtilis, escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa. The results showed thatchitosan guanidine hydrochloride derivative had wide spectrum of bacteriostasis.
