摘  要:从内部角标定对混合料体积指标的影响出发,介绍了几种现有的内部角测试原理与方法,并综合已有的测试数据对几种方法进行对比分析与评价,得到如下结论:外延法不适用于所有型号SGC,其与全高度法测试结果存在一定的偏差,该差异与SGC的品牌及型号有关;混合料刚度的差异可能会影响连用混合料法的测试结果,为避免这一误差可采用DAV+HMS法;测量设备可能对测量结果也有一定影响,RAM与DAV测试结果的一致性还有待于进一步研究。随后采用DAV+HMS法对Pine AFG1C型SGC进行的30次重复测试结果表明,精度能满足测试要求。Based on the influence of calibrating internal angle of SGC on indexes of mixture volume, the methods for measuring and calibrating internal angle of Superpave Gyratory Compactor (SGC) in common use were introduced hnd evaluated based on the measured data. It is concluded that ( 1 ) extrapolation method is not applicable to all brands of SGCs, measurement difference between extrapolation and full-height methods is related to brands and models; (2) the stiffness of the mixture used during the internal angle measurement may have an effect on the resulting angle, so the HotMix Simulation (HMS) can be used in conjunction with the Dynamic Angle Validation (DAV) kit; (3) measurement device may also affect the resulting internal angle, the identity of resulting internal angles from RAM and DAV need more researches. The 30 internal angle measurements of the Pine AFGIC compactor using DAV with HMS indicate that the precision can satisfy the need of tests.
