摘 要:在分析经济圈公路网络建设与区域社会经济发展的作用机理的基础上,建立了经济圈公路网络适应性评价指标体系,并提出了一种基于数据包络分析(DEA)的加权灰色关联分析评价方法。该方法综合了DEA和灰色关联分析两种方法的优点,以灰色关联分析为中心模型,通过复合DEA模型来确定每一个被评价对象(决策变量)中各点关联系数的权重向量,从而计算出相对最优的关联度,实现对评价对象客观的优先排序,避免了采用单一评价方法易受评价主体主观影响的缺点。最后通过我国长三角经济圈公路网络的适应性评价实例,对评价方法进行了初步验证,有效可行。An adaptability evaluation system for the road network in economic circle was established based on analysis of the mechanism of road network construction and regional social and economic development. A weighted gray correlation analysis method based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) was presented. It integrates favorable aspects of both DEA and gray correlation analysis, and takes the latter as a central model, while DEA determines the weight vector of correlation coefficients for each decision making unit (DMU) to calculate the relatively optimal correlation degrees and then realizes the priority order of the objects. This method can avoid the disadvantages of using single evaluation method which is easily influenced by evaluation subject. Finally, an example of the road network in economic circle of Yangtze River Delta was given to Drove the validity of the method.
