摘　　要：根据塑料的使用要求，分析了选择TPE热塑性弹性体塑料的优点，并根据塑料的结构特点，阐述了二次顶出机构的设计方案及精密注射模的结构特点和工作过程。TPE thermoplastic elastomer plastic was selected according to the requiement for the products and the advantages were analyzed. A precision mould with two-stage ejection mechanism was designed. The design scheme, structural characteristicca and work principles of the mould were described.
