摘　　要：我国房地产业组织结构尚未成熟,行业集中度较低。运用种群生态理论,分析了我国房地产企业种群演化过程,阐述了组织群体的运行规律,以期为政府机构和房地产企业进行科学决策提供指导。The organizational structure of real estate industry of China is not mature yet with low level of industry concentration. In this paper, the authors analyzed evolutionary process of real estate enterprises and expanded on operating rules of organizational population by using population ecological theory. The authors hope that this paper can provide scientific decision-making for government and real estate enterprises.
