房室旁路射频消融治疗室上性心动过速15例

摘　　要：目的：彻底根治房室旁道引起的房室折返性心动过速（ＡＶＲＴ），并将射频消融（ＲＦＡ）技术用于临床。方法：采用ＲＦＡ治疗ＡＶＲＴ１５例，其中，左侧旁路１１条，右侧旁路６条，２例合并存在２条旁路。结果：左侧旁路均成功，右侧旁路成功３例，总成功率为８２．３５％（１４／１７）。随访２～２０个月，１例复发。结论：左侧旁道消融，安全，有效，成功率高，且不易复发，但右侧旁路消融难度较大。Objective:To cure atrioventricular reentry tachycardia (AVRT) due to atrioventricular accessory pathway (AP) with radiofrequency current catheter ablation(RFA) in clinic.Methods:RFA was used to cure 15 cases of supraventricular tachycardia caused by atrioventricular accessory pathway,11 were left sided ap and 6 were rightsided ap.Results:All 11 left sided ap were successfully ablated,but only 3/6 right sided ap were successfully ablated.Total rate of success was 82.35% with only one relapsed in 20 days.Conclusions:Ablation of right sided ap is more difficult than that of left sided.
