摘　　要：目的观察验证拉氧头孢(商品名:噻吗灵)治疗老年下呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法我院下呼吸道感染老年患者45例,应用噻吗灵治疗5～17d。结果本组患者应用噻吗灵治疗(10.4±3.7)d,有效病例症状于(4.7±1.8)d缓解,体征于(7.1±2.9)d好转,有效率为97.7%,细菌清除率为86.7%,未见明显不良反应。结论噻吗灵治疗老年下呼吸道感染有良好疗效。Objective To observe therapeutic effect of shiomarin in the treatment of lower respiratory Infection in the older patient. Methods 45 older patients with lower respiratory infection were given Shiomarin for 5 - 17 days. Results In this group, the shiomarin treatment ranged an average time of（ 10.4 ± 3.7 ）days. In the cured cases, symptom was relieved in （4.7 ± 1. 8）days, improvement of vital signs appeared on （7.1 ±2.9）days, the efficacy rate was 97.7%, the cell clearance rate was 86.7% and no undesired reaction was noticed. Conclusion Shiomarin has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of senile lower respiratory tract infection.
