碳酸氢钠盐水含漱预防放疗患者口腔真菌感染的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨碳酸氢钠盐水含漱用于预防放疗患者口腔真菌感染的效果。方法将62例放疗患者随机分成实验组和对照组,各31例。试验组应用碳酸氢钠盐水进行口腔含漱,对照组应用生理盐水进行口腔含漱。结果试验组在降低口腔真菌感染发生率和口腔黏膜反应程度上效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论碳酸氢钠盐水含漱能够预防口腔真菌感染。Objective To observe the effect of NaHCO3 used to prevent cavity fungal infection of patients with radiotherapy. Methods 62 cases of radiotherapy patients were divided into experimental group and control group,all 31 cases. The experimental group used NaHCO3 saline rinse. The control group used narmal saline. Results The incidence and degree of oral cavity fungal infection in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The oral cavity fungal infection was well prevented by NaHCO3 saline.
