摘  要:目的观察输注20%甘露醇对兔耳缘静脉的影响。方法取兔12只,随机分为3组,常规组(A组)、护理干预的利多卡因组(B组)和硫酸镁组(C组),在每组注射48h后取双侧耳缘静脉观察病理变化。结果表面大体观察B组静脉炎发生率最低、程度最轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病理检查显示,A组血管及其周围组织病理损害加重。主要表现为血管壁增厚,内皮细胞破坏,血管内淤血,周围组织炎症及水肿等,部分静脉内有血栓形成。而B、C组的病理反应减轻,B组优于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),无炎细胞浸润和血栓形成。结论实验结果提示,在输液前小剂量推注利多卡因,可使输液性静脉炎的发生率明显降低且能减轻输注静脉的炎症病理反应,为临床应用利多卡因对输液性静脉炎的防护提供可靠依据。Objective Observed the effect of 20% mannitol infusion to the rabbit ear vein. Methods 12 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, such as normal group (A group) ,lidoeaine group( B group)and magnesium sulfate group( C group). When after 48 hours, obseved the histological change of NVB. Results At the general observation, the lowest incidence and the lightest level of phlebitis was group B, the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05 ). Pathological examination revealed,in group A, the pathological damage of blood vessels and its surrounding tissue were increased,showed mainly that vascular wall thickening, endothelial cell damage,intravascular congestion, the surrounding tissue inflammation and edema, some of venous have thrombosis tormation inside. The pathological response of group B and C were alleviated,the group B was better than the group C, the difference was statistieally significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , there was no inflammatory cell infiltration and thrombosis. Conclusion Experimental results suggest that infusion low-dose lidoeaine before transfusion can reduce the incidence of intravenous infusion and pathological inflammatory response. To provide a reliable basis of protection against infusion phlebitis by lidoeaine application on clinical.
