RGH患者治疗前后神经肽Y、神经降压素的检测及其意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)患者血浆中神经肽Y(NPY)和神经降压素(NT)水平的变化及其意义。方法:采用放射免疫分析法检测42例RGH患者(病例组)治疗前和治疗后10、30 d及20例正常对照者(对照组)血浆中NPY、NT的水平,并进行比较。结果:RGH患者治疗前血浆中NPY水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),NT水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后10、30 d,NPY水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),NT水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);血浆NPY与病程、年复发次数呈明显正相关(r分别为0.375 8、0.452 1,P均<0.05),NT与病程、年复发次数呈明显负相关(r分别为-0.2943、-0.3925,P均<0.05)。结论:RGH患者血浆中NPY和NT水平的变化与RGH的复发有关。Objective; To explore the change and clinic value of neuropeptide Y（NPY） and neurotensin（NT） in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes （RGH）. Methods. With radio immunoassay, de- termined and compared the level of NPY and NT in 42 RGH cases （RGH group） and 20 healthy cases （control group） before and after treatment. Results： Before treatement, NPY level in RGH group was sig- nificantly higher than control group （P〈0.01）, and the NT level was significantly lower （P〈0.01）. While 10 days and 30 days later after therapy, NPY level significantly decreased （P〈0.01）, and NT level significantly increased （P〈0. 01） in RGH group without significant difference to control group. NPY level in plasma had positive correlation with course and recurrence （r=0. 375 8, 0. 452 1 ,P〈O. 05）, while NPY level had negative correlation with course and recurrence （r=-0. 294 3,-0. 382 5, P〈0.05）. Oonclusion： The variation of NPY and NT in plasma is relative to recurrence of RGH.
