摘　　要：目的:探讨胫腓骨骨折手术的围手术期护理。方法:对2008年1月～2009年1月66例胫腓骨骨折行锁定加压钢板内固定术的患者,进行围手术期即术前、术中、术后的护理。结果:66例中1期愈合58例,2期愈合8例,优良率达98.3%,无1例并发症。出院后3～6日进行随访,患肢功能正常,无不适。结论:采用有针对性的心理护理、基础护理、专科护理,能增强战胜疾病的信心,减轻痛苦,促进康复。Objective： To discuss the perioperative nursing of patients with tibia and fibula fracture who underwent compression internal plate fixation. Methods： Perioperative nursing managements of 66 patients with tibia and fibula fracture who underwent compression internal plate fixation during January 2008 and January 2009 were analyzed and compared. Results： Healing by first intention was presented in 58 out of the 66 cases, 2 cases achieved healing by second intention, no complication occurred. The rate of good or excellent outcome was 98.3%. According to follow up which was performed 3~6 days after each patients was discharged, all affected limbs restored normal functions without discomfort. Conclusion： Customized nursing managements including psychological care, basic care, specialist care, can relieve suffering, enhance patients confidence to overcome disease and promote rehabilitation.
