摘 要:提出一种具有高频率、大功率正弦电压输出能力的逆变器新拓扑和控制方案。这种逆变器可以使用工作频率等于输出电压频率的开关器件并且具有很好的正弦波形品质,适合于超声波精密加工、清洗或者大功率电化学工业以及超声波污染治理等方面使用。通过实验得到了逆变器输出品质和效率方面的参数,证实了三电平逆变器方案的可行性。This paper proposes a kind of inverter topology and control method with a capability of high-frequency,high-power sinusoidal output. Switching devices with operating frequency equal to that of the output voltage can be used in this kind of inverter. Moreover, it has a good quality of sinusoidal waveform. It is suitable for many applications such as ultrasonic precise machining, cleaning, high-power electrochemical industry, uhrasonic pollution control and so on. By experiments, the parameters about output quality and efficiency are acquired, which demonstrate that the three-level inverter scheme is practicable.
